Thomas R. Hogan
Thomas R. Hogan has more than 40 years experience as a trial lawyer in state and federal courts. Now focusing primarily on alternative dispute resolution, he has been affiliated with the American Arbitration Association as a complex case arbitrator for many years. With experience in construction, intellectual property disputes, securities fraud and related business disputes, he has successfully mediated thousands of cases. A past president of the local American Inns of Court, his community activities include Martha's Kitchen and the Development Committee of Catholic Charities.
Mr. Hogan obtained his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law, where he served on the Law Review, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, which he later served on the Board of Trustees.
