Mary L. Malysz
Mary L. Malysz practices in the areas of employment law and business litigation. Her employment practice encompasses counseling and training in hiring and termination, development of personnel policies, compensation and wage and hour matters, equal employment opportunity, sexual harassment, and employee leave rights. She has successfully represented clients before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the California Labor Commission, and in state and federal courts in employment and business litigation matters, such as wrongful termination; sex, race, age and disability discrimination; breach of contract; and creditors’ rights and debt collection.
Ms. Malysz is a former Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and barrister in the American Inns of Court XII. She obtained her J.D. from Santa Clara University in 1988, where she was an editor of the Santa Clara Law Review.
