Linda Hendrix McPharlin
Linda Hendrix McPharlin has more than 25 years’ experience as a trial lawyer and counselor in employment and business cases. She frequently acts as a mediator (trained at Harvard Law), and arbitrator in these fields and provides counseling and training in employment law for employers, employees, and other lawyers. In an independent survey of 4000 Silicon Valley executives and investors, Ms. McPharlin, with the firm, was voted the Best Provider of Employment Law Services in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is a board member and former president of the American Inns of Court XII and has served on the executive board of the State Bar’s 5000-member Labor & Employment Law Section.
Ms. McPharlin obtained her J.D. from Santa Clara University, magna cum laude, and her B.A., cum laude, from UCLA, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She was previously a partner at Hopkins & Carley. Prior to that, she was with Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati.
