Linda Hendrix McPharlin
Linda Hendrix McPharlin has extensive experience as a trial lawyer and counselor in employment and business cases. She frequently acts as an arbitrator and as a mediator (trained at Harvard Law), in these fields and provides counseling and training in employment law for employers, employees, and other lawyers. Ms. McPharlin is on the mediation panels of the California Court of Appeals, 1st District, and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California.
In an independent survey of 4000 Silicon Valley executives and investors, Ms. McPharlin, with the firm, was voted the Best Provider of Employment Law Services in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is a board member and former president of the American Inns of Court XII and has served on the executive board of the State Bar’s 5000-member Labor & Employment Law Section.
Ms. McPharlin obtained her J.D. from Santa Clara University, magna cum laude, and her B.A. from UCLA, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She was previously a partner at Hopkins & Carley. Prior to that, she was with Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati.
