Jane P. Relyea
Jane P. Relyea has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. She has represented developers, institutional lenders, individual investors, corporate owners and users, and public agencies in development, financing, leasing, ground leasing, acquisition, disposition and exchange transactions, and conservation easements. She has handled office, R&D, warehouse, shopping center, hotel, infrastructure, residential subdivision, and heavy industrial projects, as well as ranch and agricultural lands. Recent transactions include the development, ground leasing and financing of independent power generation projects.
Ms. Relyea obtained her J.D. from The Ohio State University College of Law, cum laude, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Delaware, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She was previously a partner at Terra Law LLP, Thelen Reid & Priest LLP, and Howell & Hallgrimson.
