Elaine M. Seid
Elaine M. Seid has over 25 years as a financial workout/litigation attorney assisting businesses and individuals in restructuring their finances or winding down their businesses through bankruptcy, reorganization, litigation or out of court workouts.
Ms. Seid uses her experience in financial matters to assist clients with estate planning (trusts, wills, succession planning), probate matters and trust administration.
Ms. Seid obtained her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, her B.A. in Rhetoric with distinction from the University of California at Berkeley and her LLM in Taxation with honors from Golden Gate University. She was previously a partner at Thelen, Marrin, Johnson & Bridges (now dissolved).
