N. David Thomas
N. David Thomas is a transactional real estate attorney whose practice encompasses both traditional private party transactions and transactions involving affordable housing, redevelopment, and other public agency/private party matters. Mr. Thomas represents developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and lenders in all facets of real estate acquisition, financing, and leasing. Mr. Thomas' work in the housing and public transactions area includes the representation of financing institutions, lender consortiums and community lenders, for-profit and nonprofit developers, and nonprofit service providers. Mr. Thomas has served on the City of San Jose General Plan Task Force and Downtown Zoning Review Advisory Board. He is a member of American Bar Association Forum on Affordable Housing.
Mr. Thomas obtained his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in 1980 and received his B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley in 1977. Mr. Thomas is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He was previously a partner with Berliner Cohen.
