- Obtained a 1.8 million dollar judgment in a contract manufacturing matter.
- Obtained a $500,000 resolution of a Federal agency contract matter.
- Negotiated a resolution of a tax appeal that resulted in the removal of a multimillion dollar tax assessment.
- Prosecuted a civil action that resulted in the transfer by judgment of significant intellectual property.

Dan represents both established start-ups and growth stage businesses in a diverse range of business and technology industries. Dan’s practice areas include the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and other business entities, commercial contracts and finance and sale transactions.
Dan Mash is a native Californian, born in Oakland in 1960. Dan graduated from Bellarmine College Preparatory in 1978 and from the University of California Berkeley in 1982. While at Cal, Dan participated in the honors program and was a student ambassador.
Dan graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1986.
